Well it's really not cheap but for the power you get its worth it, and at the moment and I'm still playing in 32 bit system so I really need a new one :D

    Edit
The most difference in price is the interview core it's 250 euros less in my country :D

i like the asus choice on mobo and gpu, and all the rest looks ok, except the psu, even though it will work ok with the components u have i would still go with a stronger one, like minimum of 700w, and make sure it has all the protections, and u dont need an UPS device with a battery but get the one with some extra surge protections, this might not mean anything but it might help . also , try to get a fully modular psu, its just easier to get them in or out if u have to with out unhooking all the cables, i even cut one of the cpu power cable cause it was taking space. Your psu is one of the most important components , its his function to power all of them and give them enough strength , so i dont like it to be limited to just 530w , why not go with DARK POWER PRO 11 650w or 750w or STRAIGHT POWER 10 600w or 700w ( 1st has platinum efficiency and second one has gold, but both have power protections unlike your first choice) . this is the one component you do not want to save money on.

I think ElementX is right. you should have more than just 530W. The GPU can need a lot of power if you put it at 1500MHz.
@True.north those prices are insane. you get this stuff alot cheaper, like 25%+, in germany with the abillity to get your money back if this stuff brakes within 3 years.

Well I'm not planning to overclock my computer or anything in this direction... I heard a lot of my friends saying it's working fine with 530 Watt
Let me ask the other way around... What would be the worst that could happen if I take this psu and it won't be enough? :D just to ask I'm not going to do if u tell me it would be a mistake :D

this is the best answer i found online

    Several things might happen:

-nothing, it works fine for years
-PSU is overloaded when you play games, and shuts off
-PSU fries, either immediately or in the long term
-when the PSU fries, it may or may not damage the other components

one of the reasons to take stronger psu is the future, u never know what else u might put in to it (pc), maybe more case fans, hdds, new gpu, so its best to have space ( Watts) to do it. i will say it again, this is the only component you DO NOT want to save money on. my psu was around 110€ and its 850 w with all possible protections (modular) , i never regretted this price.

    a) Your computer won't get past post boot before shutting down. b) Your computer will run fine for 10-30 minutes until the psu rail overloads and it randomly shuts down. c) Your psu can carry the load but just barely, and after time, the wattage rating of your psu will deteriorate, causing a. or b. I've seen this happen before with an intel/gtx 970, and the psu in use was rated for 630W.
