i made a little mod to my precious. I started to notice some tear and wear on the thin plastic on the bottom of the handle and i decided to remove it and expose the gun's natural magwell. Inserting mags has never been easier. zero money invested.

the second belt from the post above is made to be my camping belt, it's a part of the set, i also made some suspenders to hold the belt but i will post the pics of that set ... later, i still have some work to do on that. The knife you see is really cheap, but it can cut a small tree into pieces. The problem was the holster, it was made for lefties and it barely held the knife in place, so i made some mods to it, i added these adapters i made so that i can snap it to the belt without actually taking the belt off (the belt buckle is wider than the strap on the holsters).

You can see the knife holster and how it looked before i made the mods, the pic is from the net, i forgot to make before/after pics, only after

now you can see the modded holster, i will keep it horizontally behind my back. The big box holds the canteen and the lunch set.

the stitches on these adapters and holsters are all glued, this makes the bond extra strong, you can't even tear it with pliers, the only way to neutralize it is to burn it or dip it in alcohol, once the alcohol vaporises, the bond gets strong again. as you can see, this stuff won't win any beauty pageants but they will last for a long time.

my other smaller knife will be on the shoulder straps/suspender. i will make sure to do before/after pics with this one.
